The CQC monitors, inspects and regulates healthcare providers to ensure they meet the fundamental standards of quality and safety. Inspection reports and ratings are published to help patients make informed decisions about their care and to provide transparency regarding the quality of services delivered.

The Pall Mall Medical Diagnostic and Treatment Centre is currently rated Requires Improvement by the Care Quality Commission.
During the most recent inspection in December 2024, the CQC assessed the service across five key areas:

• Caring – Good
• Responsive – Good
• Safe – Requires Improvement
• Well-Led – Requires Improvement
We are pleased that the CQC recognised the quality of care provided to our patients, particularly within the Effective, Caring and Responsive domains. We also acknowledge the areas where improvements were identified and immediately implemented a comprehensive action plan to address the findings.
Patient safety, high-quality care and continuous improvement remain our highest priorities. We are committed to working closely with the CQC to ensure that all required improvements are fully embedded and sustained.

The CQC inspected the hospital ( Pall Mall Diagnostic and Treatment Centre) in December 2024. While they rated us Good in the Effective, Caring and Responsive domains, they rated the Safe and Well-Led domains as Requires Improvement.
