Dr Kalpesh Dixit

Dr Dixit is a General and Community Paediatrician with over 29 years experience. Dr Dixit qualified in India and stayed for post graduation for 3 years, then working at a tertiary hospital for a further 5 years. He then undertook further studies in the UK for 7 years and has been a consultant for over 13 years.

Dr Dixit currently works as a Consultant in community Paediatrics at Salford Royal Foundation Trust.  Along with his colleagues, he has undertaken excellent work in optimising asthma and constipation care and is one of the teachers for undergraduate medical students.

As a private Consultant Paediatrician, Dr Dixit can arrange for your child to be seen at a time that is convenient for you, including evenings during the week and on Saturdays, in a comfortable and relaxed environment. Consultations are held depending on the parent and child's needs.

Dr Dixit is very child-friendly and family focussed, his consultations are thorough and holistic.

Consultations generally last for approx. half an hour but may be longer or in two sessions if developmental issues need to be assessed, blood investigations can also be included as a part of consultations. Parents will receive all clinic letter copies and comprehensive action plans.
