RENUVION® is an innovative technology that uses a combination of cold plasma energy and radiofrequency to tighten the skin from the inside out. The treatment is performed beneath the skin, and the device is inserted through the same opening used for Vaser Liposuction, resulting in firmer skin.

This radiofrequency skin tightening treatment is effective in treating multiple areas of the body.

Both Vaser Liposuction and RENUVION® are less invasive than traditional liposuction, resulting in minimal scarring for patients. Mr. Dewing has achieved remarkable results by combining these advanced techniques. During your free consultation, he will discuss your desired outcome, assess your individual case, and recommend the most suitable procedure for you. He can also share before-and-after photos of previous patients to give you a better idea of what to expect.

The consultation typically lasts about 40 minutes, and if it makes you more comfortable, you’re welcome to bring someone with you. If no one is available to join you, Pall Mall offers chaperones who can accompany you during your appointment.

During your consultation, it’s important to clearly explain your reasons for choosing surgery and what you hope to achieve. This helps the surgeon understand your goals and make informed decisions. If your desired results aren’t aligned with the procedure, they can recommend alternative cosmetic options to help you reach your goals.

If you decide to go through with the surgery, we will expect you to attend a pre-op assessment at our private hospital in Newton-Le-Willows or Liverpool and Manchester clinics.

During your appointment, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your medical history, current medications, and any allergies. It's important to be completely honest about any health concerns so we can ensure your experience with us is as smooth as possible.

Your Vaser Liposuction surgery will take place at our private hospital in Newton-le-Willows. Our state-of-the-art facilities ensure you get an outstanding service and highest level of care. You do not need to be sedated (put to sleep under general anaesthetic) for Vaser Liposuction - instead, you will have some local anaesthetic to make sure you cannot feel any pain.

The length of your procedure time is dependent on how many areas of the body you are treating within the single surgery - for example, your tummy and thighs. If you are interested in removing fat from various places of your body, you should inform your surgeon of this at your initial consultation to discuss what options are available.

Our friendly ward nurses will regularly check on you to ensure you are feeling okay throughout your time in our hospital.

As your Vaser Lipo surgery is done without general anaesthetic, you will be on day release so you will be able to go home the very same day. Of course, this is dependent on your medical history and how many areas of the body you decide to treat.

Once the local anaesthetic has worn off, you may start to feel some discomfort. If this is the case, our team will provide you with some painkillers to help any soreness to subside.

Once at home, make sure to keep your feet up and rest. After your surgery, you will be in your compression garments for six weeks until you are fully recovered. However, any pain or swelling should subside after 2-3 weeks, which will allow you to see your true results.
