Rachel Walker, a 31-year-old from Sheffield, decided to have a combination surgery with us in July 2023, to regain her confidence and feel her best.

After the birth of her beautiful children, Rachel had been longing for the moment she would 'bounce back'. Rachel underwent a tailored combination of surgeries, including tummy tuck and breast augmentation.

Post surgery, Rachel proudly embraces her new body, radiating a newfound sense of confidence, thanks to her journey with Pall Mall Cosmetics.

We sat down with Rachel post surgery and asked her questions about her cosmetic surgery journey.

Why did you decide to have a combination surgery?

I was 17 when I became pregnant with my eldest, I’d never really heard much about stretch marks or excess skin, I just assumed I would “bounce back” but that never happened, my post baby tummy initially looked like a sunken pie, very wrinkly around my belly button with a pouch at the bottom. I tried every cream you could think of, I’d spent thousands on skin tightening treatments that I thought would help but nothing ever worked. I was selective of what clothes I would wear because of how my stomach looked. At one point I was going to the gym 7 times a week on a restricted diet but that didn’t really help either. I was very self-conscious. I met my husband when my eldest daughter was 5 he always told me I looked beautiful and that it didn’t bother him which was lovely but I was still self-conscious.

I became pregnant in 2019 and we had our second daughter in 2020, my stomach didn’t look any worse after this pregnancy, but it didn’t look any better either. I had always spoke about wanting a tummy tuck but knew I wanted more children. After deciding our family was complete, I looked more into a tummy tuck, and I saw that you could have a combination surgery which I thought would be great as my breasts were also very saggy after pregnancy and breastfeeding.
