Georgia, aged 23, recently visited Pall Mall to undergo breast augmentation surgery.

After a significant seven stone weight loss, Georgia had excess skin that was bothering her and decided to consider cosmetic surgery as a solution.

How long did you consider cosmetic surgery?

I had considered breast surgery for around 18 months before booking a consultation. I did my research on several different companies, looking very closely at patient reviews.

I had a friend who recommended Pall Mall as she had previously had breast surgery with you around four years ago.

Why did you choose Pall Mall for your cosmetic surgery procedure?

After attending consultations at my top three companies, I decided to go with Pall Mall. I met my surgeon, Mr Prasad, at my free consultation and he made me feel very comfortable from the get-go.

Mr Prasad answered all of my questions and offered a range of different options for the size and shape of my implants which made me feel very confident.

After my consultation with Mr Prasad, I met with my Patient Co-ordinator, Sarah, who answered any final questions I had and explained the finance options available.

I left the surgery after my free consultation feeling very confident that Pall Mall was the right place for me.

Have you had any medical or cosmetic surgery before?

No, surgery was completely new to me. I had never been under general anaesthetic before so as you can expect I was quite nervous about this part.

On the day of my surgery, I was met at reception by Sarah, my Patient Co-ordinator, who made me feel very comfortable and settled my nerves.

The whole cosmetic surgery process was very quick and very effective – within the space of six hours, I was in my private room preparing for surgery, being taken down for surgery then the next minute, I woke up in recovery and was discharged two hours later.

The staff are very efficient in their roles, ensuring absolutely everything is done perfectly for the best patient experience.

How far post-surgery are you now?

I am now eight weeks post-op, and I don’t regret a single thing!

I love my new breasts and everyone at Pall Mall could not have done any more for me if they tried. The aftercare is just as brilliant – attending all post-operation appointments and being able to call or visit the surgery if I have a problem with anything.

What would you say to anyone looking to have cosmetic surgery?

I would advise anybody considering surgery, to do your research and make sure it is something you are adamant about doing as it is a major change to your body. Choosing the correct surgeon is so important too.
