Advice and Comfort:

My advice for others is to choose a place where you feel comfortable. I visited another surgery before Pall Mall, and it made me apprehensive. Being 100% committed to the surgery is crucial; it's a significant risk, but the transformative outcome is worth it.

Surgery Day:

On the day of my surgery, I was alone and slightly nervous about going under general anaesthesia. However, the team made me feel super comfortable, and I felt chilled and mostly excited. I spoke with nurses and Mr. Raghavan, who went over the changes I wanted and took before photos.

Recovery Period:

Taking only one week off work, I spent the first day post-surgery in bed, gradually resuming normal activities with caution. Sleeping upright, as advised, for a month and adhering to aftercare instructions ensured a smooth and successful recovery.

Ongoing Aftercare and Post-Op Appointment:

As I approach my 9-week post-op, I'm excited about my upcoming appointment to check on my recovery.
