Terms and Conditions for eligibility
Please carefully read the following terms and conditions to ensure you are eligible to take advantage of our current offer following the news that your cosmetic surgery provider have gone into administration. We’re offering any patients affected the opportunity to rebook their procedure at Pall Mall Cosmetics. We will honour the price of your procedure subject to us reviewing the surgery price on a case by case basis and cover your deposit of up to £500, on the exception that you can provide us with with proof of procedure price agreed and a paid deposit.
1. Eligibility criteria
1.1 To qualify for this offer, you must provide evidence of a booked cosmetic surgery procedure.
1.2 You must also provide proof of a deposit paid to the provider for the booked cosmetic surgery procedure.
1.3 This offer does not include any revision surgeries, and the initial procedure must not be intended as a corrective or follow-up surgery.
2. Evidence requirements
2.1 Acceptable forms of evidence for a booked procedure include:
A confirmation email or letter from the provider.
An official receipt or invoice from the provider.
Any other official documentation from the provider confirming your booking.
2.2 Acceptable forms of proof of deposit paid include:
A receipt or invoice indicating the amount of the deposit and date of payment.
A bank statement showing the payment made to the provider.
A confirmation email or letter from the provider acknowledging receipt of your deposit.
3. Submission of evidence
3.1 All evidence must be submitted to our patient experience department by emailing patient experience team@pallmallmedical.co.uk.
3.2 Ensure that all personal information, including your name and date of birth, matches the information on the evidence provided.
4. Verification process
4.1 Upon receipt of your submission, our team will verify the evidence of your booked procedure and the proof of deposit.
4.2 This verification process may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified via email once the verification is complete.
5. Validity of offer
5.1 This offer is valid only for individuals who meet the eligibility criteria and provide the necessary evidence and proof as specified in these terms and conditions.
5.2 The offer is non-transferable.
6. General conditions
6.1 Pall Mall Cosmetics reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
6.2 All decisions made by Pall Mall Cosmetics regarding the eligibility for this offer are final and binding.
6.3 By participating in this offer, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and any other instructions or requirements provided by Pall Mall Cosmetics.
