We’ve looked at the most searched-for celebrity noses in the UK, the USA, and across the globe. Alongside the findings, one of our Rhinoplasty surgeons shares expert thoughts on why certain noses stand out and what to keep in mind if you're thinking about making a change.

Our research into celebrity nose searches reveals just how influential famous faces can be when it comes to Rhinoplasty inspiration. In the UK, certain names are searched hundreds - and in some cases, thousands - of times each month.

While some results remain consistent year-on-year, a few have experienced dramatic spikes in interest. Katie Price saw the most significant rise, with searches for “Katie Price nose” increasing by a staggering 9900%. Other notable climbers include Blake Lively, Dani Dyer, Sabrina Carpenter, and Cameron Diaz - each reflecting a renewed public fascination, whether due to media appearances, social buzz, or visible changes in their look.

Interestingly, Owen Wilson’s nose stands out as the most searched across both the UK and USA, highlighting the global appeal of distinctive features. The list also spans a wide range of celebrities from different decades and backgrounds, showing that nose aesthetics are a timeless point of curiosity. From classic icons like Barbra Streisand to newer favourites like Florence Pugh, the diversity in searches suggests people are seeking both distinctive and refined features when gathering inspiration. Whether it's the sharp definition of Bella Hadid or the natural profile of Jennifer Aniston, these results show just how much celebrity influence continues to shape beauty ideals.

Owen Wilson

Monthly UK search volume: 8,020

With his unmistakable nose and laid-back charm, Owen Wilson has become one of the most recognisable faces in Hollywood. His nose, characterised by a pronounced bump and asymmetry, has become a defining feature, standing out in a world where symmetry often dominates beauty standards. In the UK, “Owen Wilson nose” receives an impressive 8,000 average UK monthly searches, and it's one of the most searched globally as well.

While it doesn’t fit the traditional ideals of symmetry or refinement, it adds uniqueness and personality. It’s unlikely he’s undergone Rhinoplasty, in fact, his nose has been broken multiple times. Interestingly, we do see a growing number of patients leaning into individuality over perfection, and Owen is often cited as a reason for that shift.”

Blake Lively

Monthly UK search volume: 2,240

Blake Lively’s nose is often admired for its elegance and balance, subtly enhancing her naturally striking features without overpowering them. With over 2,000 average monthly searches in the UK, her nose continues to be a popular point of inspiration for those considering cosmetic refinement.

“Blake Lively’s nose is slender with a softly defined bridge and a refined tip - it’s a classic example of a nose that blends seamlessly with the rest of the facial features. Many patients bring photos of her to consultations as a reference for a natural, harmonious result. It’s possible she’s had a subtle Rhinoplasty in the past, but if so, it’s been done with great restraint, enhancing rather than altering her overall look.”

Drake

Monthly UK search volume: 910

Known for his strong profile and signature style, Drake’s nose is searched around 900 times a month in the UK. While he may not be the first celebrity that comes to mind when thinking about Rhinoplasty, the search interest suggests admiration for his naturally masculine features.

Professor Raghavan explains that noses like Drake’s are often appealing to male patients looking to maintain a sense of character and strength. “There’s a noticeable trend toward preserving ethnic identity and individuality, and Drake’s nose reflects that, being structured, and in proportion with his face. It’s unlikely he’s had surgical refinement, but it’s a great example of how natural shape and projection can work well without intervention.”

Ariana Grande

Monthly UK search volume: 770

Ariana Grande’s delicate and refined nose is a standout feature that fans frequently admire- reflected in the consistent search interest it receives (700 average monthly searches in the UK). Her overall look, marked by soft, symmetrical features, has influenced beauty trends for years.

Professor Raghavan notes, “Ariana’s nose is narrow, with a softly contoured tip and subtle dorsal lines. It’s the kind of shape often requested by patients wanting a more feminine or doll-like profile. While there’s speculation about possible surgical work, it’s clear that her nose fits harmoniously with her facial structure, whether natural or subtly enhanced. It’s a popular reference point for younger patients in particular.”

Jennifer Aniston

Monthly UK search volume: 770

Jennifer Aniston, renowned for her role as Rachel Green in Friends, has a nose that complements her balanced facial features. She has openly discussed undergoing a Rhinoplasty to correct a deviated septum, enhancing both function and appearance.

Professor Raghavan shares, “Aniston's nose is attractive due to its natural shape and harmonious proportions, aligning well with her facial aesthetics. Given her openness about the procedure and the subtlety of the change, it's likely she has undergone surgery.”

Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga, a multifaceted artist known for her bold performances, has a nose that complements her expressive face. While there has been speculation about cosmetic procedures, she has not publicly confirmed any.

“Her nose's appeal lies in its refined shape and how it complements her facial expressions. Without concrete evidence or admission, it's difficult to ascertain if she has undergone surgery,” explains Professor Raghavan.

Taylor Swift

Monthly UK search volume: 510

Taylor Swift's nose is often noted for its elegant and refined appearance, enhancing her graceful persona. Speculations about Rhinoplasty have circulated, but she has not addressed these rumors publicly.

Professor Raghavan shares his insights, “The subtle changes in her nose over the years could be attributed to natural aging or makeup techniques. Without confirmation, it's speculative to suggest surgical intervention.”

Bella Hadid

Monthly UK search volume: 510

Bella Hadid's nose is admired for its straight profile and defined tip, which together contribute to her striking look. She has acknowledged undergoing Rhinoplasty at 14 and expressed some regret over the decision.

Professor Raghavan notes, “Bella’s nose has a refined shape, enhancing her facial harmony. The noticeable change confirms she has had surgery, with the refined bridge and tip being classic results of Rhinoplasty.” He adds, “Although Bella has expressed some regret, her nose remains a great example of how Rhinoplasty can enhance features while maintaining overall facial balance.”

The key here is the skillful enhancement of her existing structure, which is the goal of modern Rhinoplasty - to refine and enhance, not to drastically alter a person’s appearance.”

In the UK, the top results mostly feature familiar names, with a few surprises like Molly Mae and Katie Price taking the spotlight. In contrast, Megan Fox is notably higher in the US rankings, indicating particular interest in her nose there. The other names on the lists – including celebrities like Owen Wilson, Bella Hadid, and Blake Lively – consistently appear in both regions, highlighting their global appeal.

To identify the most searched-for celebrity noses in the UK and globally (based on English-language terms), we compiled a list of 550 well-known celebrities and used Ahrefs to gather search volumes for various nose-related terms.

To determine which city shows the most interest in celebrity noses, we selected the 20 largest cities by population (according to the latest data from Statista). Then we used Google’s Keyword Planner to analyse search volumes for related terms. We then calculated the search interest relative to the population to create an 'Interest Index Ranking'.
