Related trends in cosmetic surgery and celebrity news point to cities like Birmingham, Manchester, and Liverpool as hot spots for both nose jobs and celebrity gossip.

To identify the most searched-for celebrity noses in the UK and globally (based on English-language terms), we compiled a list of 550 well-known celebrities and used Ahrefs to gather search volumes for various nose-related terms.
To determine which city shows the most interest in celebrity noses, we selected the 20 largest cities by population (according to the latest data from Statista). Then we used Google’s Keyword Planner to analyse search volumes for related terms. We then calculated the search interest relative to the population to create an 'Interest Index Ranking'.
